Outpatient Programs
Support that fits around work and family.
Two levels of outpatient care for adult men, so structured treatment does not have to mean stepping away from a job, a household, or the people counting on you.
Treatment you can actually sustain
Outpatient care asks you to practice recovery in the middle of ordinary life. That is harder in some ways and more durable in others, because the skills get tested where you actually live.
Schedules and durations below reflect what the public program profile describes. Final placement always depends on an individual assessment and current availability.

IOP
Structure without stepping out of your life
The source describes roughly nine hours of weekly group therapy plus individual sessions, commonly across about twelve weeks. Group work focuses on relapse prevention, coping skills, honesty, and building a support network you keep using afterward.
OP
Steady footing over the long run
The source describes outpatient care as a step-down option with about one-hour weekly sessions across roughly twenty-six weeks. It is a way to keep a professional connection while independence grows and life gets busier again.
